Prices and paying

Prices are shown in your currency and include everything except postage, which is shown before you pay. We aren't registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Payment is taken by Shopify when you order.

Your order

Each order is printed for you. We'll email you when it's on its way. Colours on screen and on paper can look a little different; that isn't a fault.

Returns and refunds

See our refund policy and shipping policy. Your rights under UK consumer law always apply.

The pictures

The pictures and stories belong to Eric & Wally. Buying a print or a jigsaw lets you enjoy it at home; it doesn't let you copy or sell the picture.
