Refund policy

If you change your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, by emailing hello@ericandwally.com. You then have another 14 days to send it back, unused and as it came. We'll refund the price and the standard postage you paid within 14 days of getting it back, or of you showing us you've posted it. Return postage is yours to pay.

If it's damaged, faulty or misprinted

Email us a photo within 30 days of it arriving. We'll send a new one or refund you in full, whichever you'd like. You don't need to send it back.

Membership

Refunds for Eric & Wally membership are covered by the membership terms.

None of this takes away your rights under UK consumer law.
