Shipping policy

We post to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Printed for you

Everything in the Village Shop is printed when you order it, by our printing partner, at the print works nearest to you. That's why it takes a few days, and why nothing sits in a warehouse.

How long

• United Kingdom: usually 3 to 5 working days from your order.
• United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: usually 5 to 10 working days.
• Jigsaws are made in the UK, so outside the UK allow up to 15 working days.

Postage

Postage is £3.95 an order, shown at the checkout in your own currency. It's free for members of Eric & Wally: sign in before you go to the till.

Framed prints and calendars come with tracking. Prints, postcards and jigsaws come by standard post.

Import charges

Most orders are printed in the country they're going to. Jigsaws are posted from the UK, and your country may charge import duty or tax on them when they arrive; that charge isn't ours and isn't included in our price.

Something wrong with the delivery?

If your order hasn't arrived in 15 working days, or arrives damaged, email hello@ericandwally.com and we'll put it right.
